Duties & Responsibilities
- Create standards for the development of test plans, test cases and test scripts Implement metrics and risk analysis to identify and address quality risks.
- Develop and execute tests for unit, acceptance, integration, system, regression and performance testing
- Analyze system features and functionality and determine the best approach and techniques to test (black box, white box, stress/load, data integrity, security, automation)
- Develop and enforce compliance to testing standards
- Participate in software design reviews, functional and technical specification reviews, and architecture reviews to ensure that test plans meet quality expectations
- Work closely with the development and program management teams throughout the entire product development life cycle to ensure the product meets user and quality requirements and is shipped on schedule
